FAQ – Read This Before You Twist the Throttle

1. Do I need to drop a deposit?

Yep. IDR 3,000,000 before you ride. Bring it back the way you got it, and you’ll see that money again. Scratch it, break it, or bend it? We’ll sort the cost and take it from the deposit.

2. How short can I rent?

One day. That’s 24 hours of pure throttle therapy.

3. What if I need to cancel?

• More than 48 hours before: No problem, full refund.

• 24–48 hours before: We keep half a day’s rent.

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Sorry, that money’s gone.

4. What if I’m late?

Late return penalty applies — 10% of the daily rate for every extra hour. Go over 5 hours late and it’s a full extra rental day, no sweet talk will save you.

5. Any riding no-gos?

Yep. No beach sand, no seawater, no river dips, no leaving Bali, and no ride-hailing gigs. Break the rules = IDR 1,000,000 fine per hit.

6. Is insurance in the deal?

Nope. You ride it, you own it the glory and the damage.

7. Delivery & Pick-up

Yes, we can deliver and pick up your ride but tell us the exact spot first. There’s a delivery/pick-up fee, so let’s sort the where and when before we roll.
